    This is a fab challenge and i'd love to join if not too late?

    Current Weight: 142
    Goal Weight: 135

    I am heading to the gym after work so can get my 20 minutes in :-D

    Hi! I would like to join. I'm starting back in after some medical problems this last year. I'd like to walk and/or do some yoga everyday, as well as log in everything I eat.
    Age- 53
    Starting weight- 194.4
    Current weight- 193.2
    Goal weight- 165 (At least for now. Haven't been there in a long time!)

    My first challenge. New to MFP. Hoping to stay accountable through this challenge.

    Current weight as of march 24 : 152 lbs
    Goal weight for challenge: 135 lbs
    Eventual goal : 127 lbs

    Got 2 walks in today for breaks at work :) good luck everyone! Any focus on health and wellness is good focus. Be patient with yourselves and think about what you can do today to improve!

    Walked 45 on the treadmill and a short walk outside. Have to work tonight 8pm-8am. Really have to try hard not to snack to stay awake. My favorite is coffee and muffins but I always bring fruit.

    He everyone. Would like to join also. Had a bad week last week. Dr told me I have no Cortisol and no Growth Hormone in my body. My thyroid levels are low and cholesterol 300 x more than it should be. And that there is no way I can lose weight at this time. I'm not happy and of course gained 3 lbs over the weekend because I was down. So I'm giving this a try because I don't back down :)

    Cleaned basement and house for two hours this evening. Basement was a mess and needed straightening. Didn't know would take me that long but happy that I got it done and kept going ☺️

    Today I come home and started cleaning house and doing laundry. Spent an two and half hours, pushed to keep going and find things to do. Lol

    20 mins is very doable and I can commit to that!!!

    I did 70 minutes worth of gardening today- pruning shrubs and weeding!

    42 minutes of HIIT today and 1 minute of plank and extra squats(I do them during the commercials) just cause I can. I didn't eat enough today so I need a bigger dinner to get to my minimum/maximum calories for the day. I might eat some extra protein.

    A question for the group...do you eat your workout calories back?

    I walked for only 20 mins today. My job is very sedentary and I need to force myself to exercise and move! Tomorrow I'll aim for 45 mins :)

    March 23: didn't get anything in today. Get back on track tomorrow!

    March 22nd: 30 minutes walking dog & Day 4 of 30

    March 21st: Didn't get my walk in this morning and now we've got a hurricane going on outside my door. Haha.
    But I did get Day 2 of 30 Day Challenge

    March 20th: 30 minutes walking dog and day 1 of 30 day all body workout.

    Start weight: 224.6
    Current weight: 220.8
    Goal Weight: 200
    Long time goal: 175

    I did some walking today and went bowling with the family this evening. Does it count as exercise if I was eating pizza while doing it? :)

    Current: 149lbs. on Monday morning
    -155 this morning... Barbell class on Tuesday, I'm sure it's water weight... I am SO sore, I'm sure my muscles are holding on to all the water they can to heal!
    Light walking yesterday and today!

    I love HITT - hope you had a good workout!

    Sometimes I eat back my exercise calories but not often. The most id normally eat back is 100 of them. But I think it just depends how hungry you are. If you need to eat then eat :-) :-) :-)

    Sometimes I do if I'm still hungry. It also depends how many calories I burned. If I burn over 300 I definitely eat some of it back.

    Hi everyone, I would like to join also...better late than never. This will be my first challenge. I've been on MFP for over 2 years, lost 45 lbs. and want to add something different to spice things up. I'm in the homestretch of this journey and don't want to lose focus.

    SW :193
    CW :147.
    Goal for this challenge : 140
    Ultimate goal : to become a sexy senior citizen
    Age :60
    Height: 5'4"

    Exercise this week:
    Monday - 51 minutes combination of walking and KettleBell
    Tuesday - 22 minutes, combination of Elliptical and KettleBell
    Wednesday - 53 minutes combination of walking and KettleBell
    Thursday - 7 minutes KettleBell (I was a slacker)
    Friday - 18 minutes elliptical and will do KettleBell later
