Oh my goodness. Three. Ounces. Are you serious? I gained 13lbs in 2 days due to TOM, excess sodium, and extra weight lifting..... you don't see me putting myself down. The water weight came off a few days after that.
A glass of water weighs more.
Either get yourself a weight trend app like libra or happy scale and learn to weigh yourself every day to understand the normal weight fluctuations, or only weigh yourself once a week, or even once a month.0
