I just started reading this book I like it so far on second chapter....any thoughts on the eating lifestyle

    Not familiar, but a quick Google lends me to believe that if you get yourself good with Jesus and mentally equipped for weight loss, then you have what it takes to lose weight in a calorie deficit. Probably works for some who are so inclined, and not for others who aren't that into Jesus.
