    I'd like to be skinny but still fit, which I think is an appropriate goal for my body type (I'm not very muscular and my frame is smaller).

    I have a smaller upper body with a defined waist and wider hips, and I like that look, but my ideal goal is basically just my body shape with a lower body fat % and some muscle definition in my stomach and firmer/slimmer legs. As long as I can achieve that while still getting to eat enough to be healthy and having enough energy for workouts and life (which so far, so good) I think it' s a reasonable goal!

    Think Amanda de Cadenet. Like a size 12 or 14 but rather fit and curvy looking, A bit of a belly, large bum, etc, is fine with me. I am more into being healthy and comfortable in my own skin.

    This as well. Although probably about 5% more fat since keeping it that low for longer periods of time is very very hard.

    I'll never be an Arnold (most famous bodybuilder, Mr. Universe by age 19) but I will be extremely happy with my physique when I par the weight down, and most of all perform activities that I love, long distance hiking, swimming and bicycyling touring to stay in shape. . Another words, enjoy life healthfully. I will look like myself, in the most attractive manner God intended.

    I hate plus size models!! Why do they look so good?! I never looked that good when I was bigger :sad:

    I'm sure some of it has to do with photoshop, most people don't look like that at higher weights!
