Felt pretty good, but I can tell I haven't stretched for real in quite a while!1 -
I'm a bit late seeing this, but would love to join. I've been sidelined from training for the last 5 weeks due to labrum tears in both shoulders and extreme arthritis in my right hip. Stretching would be right up my alley.
How should we be accountable? Logging on this feed daily or is there another place established?
