    Potato chips, egg rolls, french fries.....sabotage no more....I am determined to make my 30 day log in on April 27th. I turn 40 this summer so I'm extra determined.

    No sweets: yes (extremely difficult)
    Veg w 2 meals: yes
    No chips/Cheetos: yes (don't do chips, so added my weakness)
    No sugary drinks/alcohol: (don't do sugary drinks, so added adult bevies)
    No fried foods: yes
    Logged exercise/food: yes

    This is a catch up since I haven't been able to check in due to storms that we have had.
    Day: 2-5
    Starting Weight: 212.8
    Progress: I havn't checked yet
    Exercise: yes (except yesterday...dealing with storms)
    No Sweets: none (the sweet tooth has been bad)
    Veg with 2 Meals: yes
    No Chips:none
    No Sugary Drinks: none
    No Fried Food: none
    Logged Exercise/Food: yes

    I'm not sure about anyone else but I feel like i am doing pretty well. I don't feel deprived from anything. My sweet tooth only kicked in yesterday and I attribute that to stress. I am a known stress eater.
    I hope everyone else is doing well.

    How is everyone doing? I have been watching this challenge from the farm, but have not posted until today. I wanted to tell you that because of this challenge when I went to pick up some photos at the grocery store, I prayed and used Gods strength to not buy any food I would regret, and it worked! I will be praying for strength again today. I have young children (6 month and 2 yrs) and want to be a good role model.
