Anyone else here having a hard time staying consistent? I remember when I first started about a year ago I didn't have an issue...nothing and I do mean nothing could stop me from logging and exercising everyday. Now I start and after about 2-3 weeks I lose myself again. Snacking and eating out all the time. Not to mention that eating healthy is so much more expensive than unhealthy foods.

Just the opposite for me. Had "spotty" starts, but once the results start showing that provides the additional motivation to continue going forward.

That's a total myth that it's more expensive to eat healthy.

^I agree with this. Cooking, and prepping food from scratch and staying within recommended portion sizes costs me less than pre-packaged foods and eating out. Plus, I have more control over what is going into my food.

However, I agree that consistency can be an issue for some of us, myself included.
