Already skinny but have belly fat?

Hi guys, so I am already skinny- 5'2 and I am 106 pounds but I have a bit of belly fat I am trying to get rid of. I
Maybe if I lost 5 more pounds, will I lose the belly fat? I know I can't"spot" exercise to remove it.
It's hard to get rid of, how do I lose it when I am already so skinny.
Like how do some girls already so skinny just have flat tummies?

You need to re-comp or put on muscle mass, not lose weight.

Some people have more muscle base and lower body fat % which gives them a flat defined waist at similar stats. With your stats as well as the fact that you think you are already too skinny, definitely look into body recomposition...eating at maintenance and progressive resistance training. You don't necessarily have to go to a gym, you can do this with bodyweight and light weights. Eventually though to progress, weights may become necessary.2
