Rubbing down my nipples. I'm constantly worried they're poking through my shirt... I think that looks terrible. I get cold easily as it is so it's quite the daily battle. Sometimes I'll put an index finger to them like E.T. and smush them in and other times, like in public, I'll act like I'm massaging my chest with my palm and on the down stroke smoothen out the nips. Any other ideas?

NipEAZE Nipple Covers or tape them down (but keep in mind you might have allergic reaction to tape adhesive)

    Thank you.

This just may do the trick.

    Happy to help!

(For what it's worth, I know you said nipples look terrible, but not everyone feels that way. In fact, if you ever find yourself out with "perky" nipples, I for one wouldn't mind one bit. Js)

I need to control my impulsiveness and limit my chocolate chip cookie intake. My alcohol intake has gotten so much better lately. I'm proud of that :)

I gained 3# this week due to binge eating PB and crackers the night before my WI .

So breaking the PB & Crackers binges.

It can be anything from biting your nails or hitting the snooze button too often! Mine is silly, but I have an addiction to Q-tips, and I use them every day. To the point where I have caused myself multiple ear infections, but I just don't quite. Today is day one of trying to break it! Lol

Last year I had ear infection (swimmer's ear) and ended up visiting ENT Specialist. He scared me straight regarding the real danger of Q-Tips. I was really digging around with them. They can cause some real damage.

Proof? I believe you; no need to share.

... just send me a birthday card instead.

Wasting time (procrastinating) instead of just getting things done. It's not even a matter of laziness. I think it's an anxiety thing. Perfectionism - fear of screwing up a project keeps you from moving forward with it. But I just need to tell myself that good enough is good enough. Just get it done, even if it's not perfect! :s

Overthinking and being a people pleaser. Need to keep telling myself that I can't please everyone and need to stop worrying so much!

Biting my nails is another one

Oh over thinking and people pleasing. I need to cut this out too. People are always using me and taking advantage of my good nature. Ugh. If you figure out how to stop, let me know!!!!

    • Picking the skin on the sides of my thumb (the part either side of the nail). It's a nervous habit that I almost always do without realising, and when I look down the skin is bleeding :/
    • Mindless eating. Using unhealthy foods as a reward.
    • Resisting the urge to stay up past bedtime.
