Im trying to lose weight. Would you suggest to do alot of cardio and after i lose weight do weights?

Do both now. Just remember that weight loss is going to come down to your calorie intake. Cardio is great for heart health, and lifting will help you retain as much muscle as possible.5

Hi! Weights help a lot. I go walking and take weights with me. You can start light at first so you don't strain your muscles.0

Definitely starts with weights and add cardio....my PT is all over weights, building muscle and burning more calories in the long run.0
