Bulking and Cutting Progress

I think it would be awesome to share progress photos here, and it would be interesting to see everyone's pre-bulk, post-bulk, post-cut, whatever progress you are comfortable with sharing. It would also give people new to bulking/cutting an idea of where people start off and the results.
If you want to share your height, weight, length of bulk, goals, what program you ran or are running, etc.
This is from my first bulk Winter 2014.
Before/After Bulk:
Post-Cut:
Before photos (Aug/Sept 2014) I was 121lbs. I gained ~10 lbs over 4.5 months running Strong Curves. (I am 5'7"). I gained all over, but mostly added size to the glutes which was my goal.
I then did a very small cut which is the following photos.
I am currently wrapping up my second bulk...a long slow bulk. I will eventually post the before/after photos from that too. Here is a shot from December, just a few months in.

Awesome! I hope I am brave enough to put some photos up after I am done cutting.2

@sardelsa I will never stop being wowed by your progress. Amazing!! Great thread idea.
I just thought I'd share my progress with starting a progressive weight lifting program! So these are before lifting, actually underweight (~102 at 5'3.5")
And these are after 4 weeks of lifting while beginning my reverse diet-not flexed and then flexed!
I'm currently bulking and not brace enough to post my less than lean pics-maybe once I start cutting/recomping!5 -

Any tips for adding mass to glutes? Working them and eating right isn't working for me0
-
Thank you @bioklutz , I would definitely love to see your progress, and @lilolilo920 thanks you are looking great, keep up the great work!
@VintageFeline , haha thanks, I definitely added some nice mass to my legs
@kiahz_
When you say eating right, are you eating in a surplus? In order to gain you want to eat above maintenance (at least 125-250 cals generally), get an adequate ratio of macros and follow a glute focused lifting program like Strong Curves (which is what I did). It has you training the glutes 3-4x per week with hip thrusts, glute bridges, deadlifts, squats, plus isolation work.5 -
Woohoo! One more month of bulking left, 9 lbs up, 2-3lbs more to go. Feeling good.
I always seem to have a resistance band around me these days, hehe There is sooo much band work in my program (you would be surprised how effective they are)7 -
Great thread and great progress!1

I still didn't feel good about myself, wanted more muscles but had no idea how to get there so I just kept lifting things and eating even though I didn't like seeing the scale go up. I gained 5 kg and went up to 63 kg.
Started cutting a few weeks back and in the first week I lost 2 kg I think it was mostly water.
Now I'm 61 kg and I'm kinda happy with my look although I want to get a little leaner but it seems I'm accidentally doing a recomp cause I keep getting smaller (I'm almost down 2 sizes) but I keep getting stronger and I'm still 61 kg.
I honestly have no idea what I'm doing, I just copy you guys *blush*
You look amazing girl!

Well this bulk has come and gone. I gained 12 lbs total (125-137lbs). Feeling a little bit bigger.. but still good!
Just for fun I put my second post-bulk photo to compare to my pre-bulk and first post-bulk.. interesting! I am a lot larger but I am sure it will come down when I cut!

Commenting so I can find this later and be held responsible.
Pre bulk I was 134, ended bulk at 147lbs (12-16 weeks, fine 12 week bulk, 4 week lazy maintenance trying to cut) finally on the cut wagon and want to get back down to 135 then will post up pics.1 -
Awesome @sunflowerhippi .. can't wait to see photos. I have no doubt your results are and will be spectacular0

@sardelsa Holy crap your legs are amazing!
Thank you! I mean, I was focusing on lower body (glutes) for the duration of my bulk, plus most of my weight tends to migrate down there, while my upper body still looks pretty lean. Hopefully I will have nice sculpted legs and glutes by the end of my cut.. fingers crossed!2 -

Have you got a goal/timeframe for your cut? Or will it be until you're happy with what the mirror shows?0 -

@trigden1991 not really.. I am hoping to be at goal by July or so.. but ya it's more of a "I'll know when I get there" type goal. Then after I will hang out at maintenance for a bit then decide on my next steps.0
