    Can I still join this? I'm not 100% sure what I weight at the moment as I don't own any scales. But I'll be buying a new set on Friday (payday)
    I'll edit this when I know exactly how much I weigh, but I'd like to have lost at least 10lbs by the end of the challenge.

    My step goal is 60,000 steps a week. My steps from Apr 3 to 9th is 60,777. I lost 1 pound too.

    Whew..ate really bad today so stayed on the ole treadmill for an hour and 20 minutes to balance it all out. Tomorrow'sgoal is to eat much better than today. I figure I have to take each individual day and get through it.
