Hey l actually tried keto for a bit. Noticed during my workouts l had very little energy. almost blacked out a few times. lt might have helped a bit but now l have more moderate carbs.0

Feel free to join this awesome group...its where most of us keto'ers , low carbers, zero carbers etc. hang out ....A bunch of amazing people with lots of information ....A tip make sure you up your sodium to 3000 to 5000mg daily and get magnesium and potassium to help with leg cramps .
