Only I don't have like 3/4 of that list in my pantry / fridge so unfortunately mine end up looking so generic.uxyv7z8qsk2p.jpg

I love omelets and have them most mornings. Today's is mushroom, onion, broccoli, and spinach with a little feta. Blueberries and cottage cheese on the side.

Omelettes are a great way to clean out the fridge. Last night I was inspired to make a curried omelette with chicken thigh meat, wild rice, onions, broccoli & cauliflower and a sauce made out of plain skyr yogurt, some milk to thin it out, and plenty of curry powder. It was pretty good.

    This is from last weekend

Color me stupid. WTH is "the circadian rhythm lifestyle"?

My omelettes are simple - eggs, cheese, and black pepper.

Yum! I'm making an omelette for dinner (spinach, avocado, mushrooms, green peppers, onions).

Along with a piece of rye toast w/strawberry jam and blackberries.

    Hi Lenny,
    wow - looks superb!

    Hi Zyxst,
I am new here and not sure if I can post a link - circadian rhythm is your internal body clock; eg. melatonin goes up at night to put you to sleep; cortisol/testosterone goes up in the morning upon waking; please google Borge Fagerli and the biorhythm diet; or Menno Henselmanns and circadian rhythm

Don't want to get into fighting - try it for youself and see how you feel
For me I feel so much better - more energy, better fat loss as I am prepping for a competition.

    Hope this helps,
    Alex
