Ok, show some proper research that shows drinking green tea actually burns energy substantially more than any other drink and leads to weight loss.
I think there was some research that showed this is indeed the case, in the range of 5 calories per day or so. Thus no, this does not lead to weightloss.3 -
For those who like actual scientific studies and published science journals... a quick google search and you can find a plethora of credible studies on the benefits ...

I guess people just ignore science or have reading comprehension issues lol ...
And if you look at the totality of science regarding green tea or ECGC supplementation, you will noticed that impact is minimal or unreliable.
