So I am 5w pg, I stared my weight loss journey on new year and to this date lost 15kg so I now weigh 82kg of course I'd like to lose more safely in the 1st trimester but I'll settle for maintaining.
How do I work out my calorie limit for pregnancy or is it the same?

Set to maintenance and speak to your doctor about your calorie goals in the coming months. This is not the time to be thinking about weight loss.

For the first trimester, do your best to eat at maintenance calories for your weight. (If you get bad morning sickness, this can be difficult. Don't worry *too* much if you wind up either slightly low or slightly high if that's the reason - but don't actively try to lose weight.) Once you get to second trimester, you'll need about 300 extra calories/day for baby, In third trimester, it's about 500 extra calories/day. So, really not "eating for two" at all.
