When I do get sick - I fast and starve those suckers out of me.
I think it's been pretty well established that the OP is sick as a result of her period. It's not "suspicious" at all.3 -
The bigger issue is that you have these symptoms 3 days every month! Something is wrong somewhere. Please do talk with your doctor!1

Ginger is the best thing I have found for the tummy pains. Ginger tea and soups with ginger should help.0

I'm going to second (third, fourth, -- not sure what number we're up to) seeing another doctor if the one you're seeing now won't explore causes and solutions. Throwing up 10% of your days isn't good, and if nothing else, over time it can erode the enamel on your teeth, not to mention more acute issues like dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, and risk of tearing the esophageal lining.
ETA - in response to the actual question, I also second the BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) suggestion. A lot of people find ginger or mint tisanes (herbal teas) soothing to their stomach, and if you could tolerate sugar in them, at least you'd be getting a few calories in. Clear soups -- you might want to start with plain vegetable stock (not many calories, but liquid really is more important when you're only talking about a couple of days), then try adding things that you find digestible -- I was about to say egg or egg noodles, but then I remembered you said you're vegan, didn't you? So, maybe some cubed tofu in vegetable broth?
Is there a vegan version of gelatin? (goes to another tab to check Wikipedia) -- ah, right agar -- I should have remembered that. My brother and sister-in-law gave me a molecular gastronomy kit a couple of Christmases ago, and I made faux canneloni with "noodles" made from agar agar and tomato juice -- but you could make "jello" with any flavored juice doesn't upset your stomach.0 -
Has this sickness and nausea been going on since you started the weight loss process. You really need to speak to your doctor about this because it may be something to do with your calorie deficit. My suggestion to you is even though a lot of people believe they're giving you helpful ideas without knowing your exact conditions taking their advice may hurt you in the long run. Good0

OP's made it pretty clear that this is actually linked to her period, she was just too squeamish to say it was her period.1 -
