255 lbs for 2 reps so I'm assuming I can do at least 265 lbs for one rep.

390 Incline bench. Flat bench doesn't go over 245.

    I can AMRAP 12oz for 67410938.

What is AMRAP? (yes i know I'm a lifting newb - that's apparent with my weak bench  )

As Many Reps As Possible - until failure, basically.

I bench a 16 oz coffee cup. On the days I feel ambitious, I might make it a 32 oz measuring cup full of coffee. That is all.

Ok people who can bench the most on MFP ?

    A big, strong, young'ish bloke I would guess? ;)

    My most recent AMRAP tests were 7 x 100kg and 3 x 105kg.

I'm not big and certainly not young'ish! (76kg and age 57.)

Forgot to put my stats. I'm 32, male, 5'7" and 141 lbs. I was bigger when I benched that. Now I'd be lucky to manage 10 reps with 100 lbs.
