35yo 127 lb female, 1RM is 115 lbs, but I don't train bench specifically as I'm more concerned with being awesome at OCRs.

    I'm benching today. Last week, I did 1x8@95, 1x8@100, 1x7@105. I'm starting at 105 today.

Once, I benched 135 at bw of 135 for 4 singles. That was a great day.

390 Incline bench. Flat bench doesn't go over 245.

How did that happen??! Always thought incline was generally harder than flat.

It is. Usually when someone has a higher incline, it's something injury related, or their flat bench form is just terrible.

I have a poverty bench of 110 lbs. :'( Actually I've been told being 58 years old and only having 9 months of competitive powerlifting under my belt, that's not too bad lol. I haven't seen many lifters my age that bench more than that. My max "board press" is 120 lbs.

I workout at home so the max weight I have is 205 lbs. I did one rep of that at around a measly 135 lbs., 5'8, about 8% body fat or so, medium grip. I'll be at that weight soon, again. I'll try it again once I'm leaner to see if I can still do that. I wanted to try for two, but didn't want to decapitate myself.

I can hit 205 for 8. I'll max out in a few weeks.

The true strength factor here would be pound for pound. It's the only real calculation for "who benches the most?"

I bench enough to win a free teddy bear lol
Seriously though, mine isn't horrible but could be heavier.

@215lbs bodyweight hit 265 for 4x4 last week. Dont have a spotter so I rarley max. Been on a cut for 3 weeks and aiming to hit 200lbs flat by the end so I expect this number to temporarily decline.

I typically bench the earth for about 45-60 reps....I mean I guess you can call them push-ups, but whatever.

Id say its pretty good, once you enter the 200's it can start to slow in regards to great progressive overload, but I noticed my chest didn't really start developing well until I started pressing over 200lbs.

350 incline, 390 flat bench. 3 years out of total RC surgery. It's coming back though. Plus I'm old.

Current PR is 205 lbs for 2 reps. Still seeking that 2 plate bench.

Of course, then comes the quest for 275 and 315. Keep on moving that weight.

    335 paused 1RM at 198lbs.
But who cares I'll take hypertrophy over 1 rep maxes any day.

I do rep sets of 50,40,30,20,10,10 with 145,165,185,205,225 and 245 one workout. Burn out sets with 225 for 20-35 reps for 4 sets another workout. Burn out 10 reps with 315 and then sets of strict 5 reps with 315 another. Probably once every 6 weeks I'll try a max. I've confused the hell out of my muscles. Good pump though.

sounds like an epic way to really torch the chest, I usually bounce between incline and flat every other week focusing on strength on one and endurance on the other. Sounds confusing but its like this

    Week1 Tuesday Chest Day
Incline Bench warmup 3x10 warmup weights, 4x4(90% 1rm)of working weight
Flat Bench 2x10 warmup weight 4x10-12 working weight
    Week2 Tuesday Chest Day
Flat Bench warmup 3x10 warmup weights 4x4(90% 1rm) of working weight
Incline Bench 2x10 warmup weight 4x10-12 working weight

    Repeat
