Hi all,
I finished before insanity max 30 program with calories 1900 per day. Now I started doing insanity max 30 and T 25 together (both same day). It is hard to do both, but I just concern about the nutrition. i usually burned about 500 to 700 calories when i do both programs same day. Should I eat more in this case? I just raised the calories from 1900 to 2100 per day, but I'm not sure if this is right or not. Thank you.

How much weight loss did you average per week with just max 30?

Yes, most people recommend to add back about half of your exercise calories.0

Your maintenance calories with just doing Max 30 was around 2500-2750. If you add more exercise, it might be around 2700-3000, so you can do 2200 - 2400 and still lose weight. Although, I'd recommend replacing one of those programs with something with more resistance to help support muscle retention.0
