    I'm game!! I have a LOT more to lose but I am down 9 pounds already! I just started the low-carb high-fat / keto diet two weeks ago and feel great so far. Just discovered a super low carb pizza recipe today and am thrilled that it tastes just like real pizza :)

    Let's do this!!

    Good morning! This should be a slow as you go 10 days because it's clear that 1-2 pounds a week is good. So my goal is to try and drop 3-4 in ten days. Then maybe we will try another cycle of ten day? What do you all think? I can see the light at the end of the tunnel when it is in smaller day increments.

    Good morning day 3---This continues to be a very slow start.... but my goal is to try and drop 3-4 in ten days. I'd better get on it! It's good that I'm stable, but need to get past the plateau!

    4/14: 181.8 (I got in 60 WHOLE FREAKIN MINUTES without stopping! I am being treated for respiratory problems, so this is a huge huge huge accomplishment.... regardless of my scale disagreeing with me)

    Hope y'all had an excellent Easter celebration!

    Six more days left...Just 6 more days!!!!
    Count down is stil on and perseverance is always key! Perseverance will be your optimum state of mind in the days ahead. Don't give up. Stay the course. Be mindful of your purpose even in the face of opposition, obstacles, difficulties, and discouragement, and leftover chocolate Easter eggs---UGGGG! Rise up in the face of adversity and overcome with persistence! God made the world in 6 days....we can do this, and it's just the beginning! Yay!
