I'm game!! I have a LOT more to lose but I am down 9 pounds already! I just started the low-carb high-fat / keto diet two weeks ago and feel great so far. Just discovered a super low carb pizza recipe today and am thrilled that it tastes just like real pizza

Good morning! This should be a slow as you go 10 days because it's clear that 1-2 pounds a week is good. So my goal is to try and drop 3-4 in ten days. Then maybe we will try another cycle of ten day? What do you all think? I can see the light at the end of the tunnel when it is in smaller day increments.

Good morning day 3---This continues to be a very slow start.... but my goal is to try and drop 3-4 in ten days. I'd better get on it! It's good that I'm stable, but need to get past the plateau!

4/14: 181.8 (I got in 60 WHOLE FREAKIN MINUTES without stopping! I am being treated for respiratory problems, so this is a huge huge huge accomplishment.... regardless of my scale disagreeing with me)
