    Only two more day counting today!! If y'all take a look back at your 10 days you're doing great! Even 1-2 lbs is great!! I'll be starting w continuation of another 10 days so keep up the great work and look for the next discussion feed coming in th challenge section of our fitness pal!

    Day Weight

    4-13. 143 Day one of first 10 day cycle!
    4-14. 143 Gonna stay the course and not get discouraged!
    4-15. 143 Watching starchy carb intake and giving up sugar!
    4-16. 143 Been strength training 3 days a weeks and power walking 5 and eating 5-6 small meals to keep metabolism fired up!
    4-17. 143 Can anyone say plateau? I never want to see this number again---seriously!
    4-18. 142 Yippy skippy the scale finally moved! 5 days left including today!
    4-19. 142 staying focus staying the course!
    4-20. 142
    4-21. 142 only today and tomorrow---gonna make this count!
    4-22. 142. Last day only 1 lb down, but I'm ready for the next 10 days!! See you all on the next challenge if you can make it.

    lol thank you. that's why i put the % in there because it's really not the sum of the loss that matters, it's the relative amount.

    The day after this challenge ended, I dipped below the obesity/overweight line and am now between 178 and 179. Maybe it was all the pressure I was putting on myself, but can y'all believe this?! Too funny, I think.
