Started on my mfp journey today - I've had the T25 DVDs sat there gathering dust and decided to go for it tomorrow (18th April). Need to be accountable, hence the challenge... if anyone wants to join me I'd love a buddy to keep me challenging myself. Thanks

    I took lots of break also as I haven't done a full round insanity in about 5 years. Keep telling myself it will get better. Pretty soon 30 days will go by.
    I will Check back tomorrow with day 3.

    Week 2/day 2 of pure cardio.
    Since I am alternating with weights every other day while doing insanity. I need to watch what day I am on.

    Jumping into this group. Started T25 4 weeks ago - was consistent for the first two weeks, then felt some pain in my left glute while running. Took about 4 days off, but today I started back with Alpha Total body.
