Hi all

I need some people added to my friends for fitspiration.

We can also utilise this thread for things like new achievements:
1Rep Max or furthest distance, body fat cuts or even aesthetic results.
Maybe even pass around the odd tip or question to others!

Why is it not in the other fitness categories? They're all too serious, generally quite abrupt and are too focused on only what works for them.

Today's fitspiration came from a colleague I am teaching to run distance, he's never ran more than 5k. Today I got him to 8.5k and that was only due to time constraints, he's learning to control pace and losing fat as he goes. He's doing so well.

Lifting sucks while cutting, but we're getting there. 385x3 for 5 sets should have been very easy, but it just felt heavy. I had a lighting PR on this set though.

I ran 23:18 for 5k today. Not a PB but it is the fastest time I've done in 2017

If your normal intake is 2, 3, 4, 5, 100 etc then yeah, that's a great step in the right direction.

Was it one with a hole or a filled one? If filled jam/jelly or custard filled?

So I planned on getting out for a tempo run but the little one was struggling with colic... not fun.

Sleepless, ate rubbish and now regretting it.

    Babies are hard work.
