Workout Statistics (generalized)

Hi All,

On my first "post" I wanted to ask everyone that has fit "devices" if they ever monitored their stats? I purchased a Tom Tom Spark 3 + HR monitor chest strap before starting my cut for this summer season and my stats are from the March 1 to present. Anyone have similar statistics? or track their telemetry in this fashion?

Now Im not sure if I buy the Calories burned lol seems a bit cray in my opinion but who knows.
