    Probably cause this is in a Gaining weight section and there are a good amount of lady lifters who are cutting.

    Just getting started. I would love to have more MFP friends! So far I don't have a well organized game plan. I'm getting familiar with my dumbbells in my basement and watching YouTube and Fitness Blender routines for training. I don't plan on doing any bulk diet until fall. Cuts and Maintenance cycles for me!

    I started off with Stronglifts 5x5 and I still currently follow that with some added accessories. Just started Les Mills GRIT at my local gym 2 weeks ago. 6 more weeks to go! :)
