Started about 3 years ago, had amazing results over time. But then I got sick December 2015, and spent all of last year recovering. I just started lifting again, and loving it more every time.0

Hey guys!
I lost 75 pounds over the past 4 years, then decided to bulk over winter, and now I'm cutting. I recently started doing powerlifting style training and after 5 weeks I can already deadlift 200 pounds, so I'm pretty excited to keep going with this.
