I put my hand up and say that I didnt manage to get in a daily dose of yoga, for which I apologise.

HOWEVER - the plus side is that I've now got a regular yoga class, I am practicing meditation on the breath and positive affirmations each day. My sister and I have agreed to treat ourselves to a yoga focussed holiday and therefore we will be practicing as often during the week as we can to be ready.

It is because of this challenge that Ive started to take my yoga more seriously and realise that it is incredibly beneficial as I move into my mid 50's.

Thank you for starting this challenge, it was a big wake up call for me.

Finally, in groups, some of us have set up a June challenge group, which everyone is welcome to join. Log your food in every day and achieve some form of exercise for 5 days out of 7.

    May goal: 450 minutes

    Week 1: 62 minutes
    Week 2: 91 minutes
    Week 3: 103 minutes
    Week 4: 96 minutes
Week 5: 39 minutes (partial week)

Total: 391 minutes. A bit under goal, but I'll take it :)
