For my uncle to recover without needing 24 hour nursing care after discharge. They called 911 for him this week. Almost lost him. He's in the 3rd hospital that my mother went to after her CVA. And that's also the same place that I took her for outpatient ST & PT, many many many times.
If I transport her tomorrow to visit him, I can say, "Hey, Director of PT. How's it going? It's me and my mom. And I'm here lifting my mom again so she can visit my uncle, while I now have multiple herniated discs, and in need of a spinal fusion. And I have 6 more months of lifting her to go. Want a grilled cheese, egg salad, or tuna salad sandwich dude?"1 -

I would Love more appreciation for all that I do for this Family and to maybe to be treated like a Lady instead of a friggen Maintenance Man once in awhile! Just because I can do things on my own doesn't mean that I wouldn't like a Man to treat me like his Queen and be a Gentleman!!!0
