You should not drink ACV if you take a diuretic. Diuretics can lower potassium and so does ACV. If your potassium goes to low you can have heart palpitations, fainting, weakness, nausea, vomiting.
Also, drinking ACV along with diabetic medications can cause your blood sugar to go too low.2
