Ketogenic Dieters - I'm new & need friends for advice and motivation

I'm brand new to the ketogenic way of life. It's day 4 and I'm struggling. I'm exhausted and have so many questions like...How do we know if we are getting the proper nutrients? I'm taking a multivitamin, but is it enough?

If you are exhausted you may need to up your sodium to at least 3000-5000 mg of sodium per day. Electrolyte imbalance causes fatigue, headaches, muscle aches and stomach issues.1 -
