The top pic is my street where I run, when I don't have time to go hiking. Some of these are within minutes of my home or work. Some are within a couple hours. I love the northwest. I love this post!!!! Thanks all for sharing!

Did today a 3hr hike in The Treek, near Amersfoort (NL). Hiking work really good for myself.

Sorry my pics got mixed up, middle two is where I live and my everyday walk along the clifftops and down the stairs to the beach on my shorter walks. Top and bottom are near our holiday house and remind me of my childhood adventures.
Where is that?
If I had to guess, I'd say somewhere in Victoria, Australia.0 -

I just moved from Florida to New Jersey in August and I love it up here. So beautiful and many more outdoor activities to do without having a heat stroke! I do not miss all the hotness down there.0 -

Upstate NY.
I feel so very blessed to be living here. It's like waking up every morning on vacation!
Coming from Texas I feel like it's Christmas all summer to be able to hike, walk, trail run, trail bike, bird watch, canoe, camp etc.....I'm love having the Adirondaks outside my front door!1 -

You are good, the mountains are the Grampians and the ocean is around Portland
LOL just saw that you did the Grampians as well, I love them as they are a quick trip for us and they remind me of my childhood.

Great pics! I especially like the Grand River in Lansing one. I lived in Dansville, very close to there for 7 years.
The first one is the "Rims" here in Billings, MT. Great for hiking just minutes away and biking now that I'm learning to mountain bike. The second is a weekend hike about an hour away near Red Lodge, MT called Mystic Lake.

A video, not by me, of the marathon that I ran a couple of weeks ago. Gorgeous route.
