    I don't cycle anyplace nearly as scenic as everyone else. Here's my usual road bike route. I'm in Florida and ride on rural highways, so it's cattle ranches and orange groves as far as the eye can see. Note the overcast sky. Welcome to the Sunshine State, where it rains every afternoon in the summer, like clockwork:

    Our gardens surrounding our house--our Little Paradise--is where I get most of my therapy from gardening and landscaping and then peace and quiet. In the last 11years, I have easily expended millions of calories.
