OP asked the question.
This is what I answered upthread, btw:lemurcat12 wrote: »Not hungry, or not hungry for anything you don't feel guilty about eating?
How strict are your personal rules about what is okay to eat? Are there foods you'd like to eat and would enjoy, but you have made off-limits?
How long has this been going on? Just today, fine, more than a few days, see a doctor if you really cannot eat anything. I see a big difference between "I'm not that hungry, although I could eat, should I really eat if I don't feel like I have to" (which is an understandable confusion many have at the beginning of a diet) and "I simply am not hungry at all and could not force anything down" (which sounds like a medical issue or possibly an ED starting up).
There are many things that are easy to consume, tasty, and reasonably "healthy" if you are trying to eat more nutrient dense foods. Have an avocado, nuts, nut butter, a protein shake with a banana in it. I just had breakfast and am not hungry, but could I consume a handful of nuts or a tablespoon of almond butter? Sure, easily.moonstroller wrote: »While those guidelines may work quiet well for a majority of people, there are some people who fall outside that spectrum.
If OP actually does, to the extent that she must eat 1000 and exercise as indicated to lose, there would likely be something else going on, like her thyroid, but OP did not say anything so far to suggest that, and it sounds as if the appetite thing is new and connected (from her own post) to her not being able (in her mind) to eat the foods she wants to eat.So far this month I've lost 5 pounds.
In 8 days? 8 days doesn't mean much in and of itself, as that's likely got some fluctuation. If we aren't talking just a week and it means your loss is greatly accelerating recently due to super low calories, it might mean something else.I am not going to provide my daily caloric intake or macros because I know what the reactions will be, and it's simply not worth the effort.
Actually, from what you said, you are losing on average a bit more than 3 lb/week, and if that's weighted toward the early part of the weight loss and the current loss is a bit lower, my reaction would be (if your calories were as low as you seemed to be suggesting, like 1200 or so) that you are probably eating more than you think, and not so terribly low. You are the one, however, who suggested that a reasonable day would consistent of a salad with fruit and 4 crackers with some almond butter, which probably suggests (for reasons I do not understand) lower calories than you actually eat (because that sounds like about 600 calories per day and not especially filling ones, and incredibly lacking in protein -- again, it seems a weird message to try to give to OP, who is a 19-year-old woman).5 -

It sounds like you have some sort of morally applied view of food and it's the guilt associated with so called "junk" that's the issue not that it actually makes you feel bad. It's always better to eat as healthfully as possible but there is also a time when you just need to get calories in to prevent harm.
I cant make myself eat though, i'm not hungry
No, this isn't healthy.1 -

Same thing with gaining it....strength gains don't equate to added muscle either.2 -
