Down ~45 lbs since Jan, targeting 100 off by the end of the year.
So far doing it all with diet and occasional walking.2 -
I've got a lot to lose too...I'm down 13lbs so far, and it's going to be an extremely long journey. I've already have bumps along the way but I haven't given up! And that's how I will succeed! We can do this!1
