My kids are teens. I work a desk job.

Wake up, 5:00am-5:20am depending on the situation. If I'm putting dinner in the slow cooker, I get up a little earlier, for example.

5:30-6:00a: feed & let the dogs out, shower, get ready for work. I'm low maintenance!
6:05a leave the house, drop one kid off at school who likes to be there early to study, practice
7:00-7:15 arrive at work, sometimes stopping for lunch/snacks/food; walk around the office for ~20 minutes before everyone else gets in
    8-noon work
    noon-1p walk, eat lunch
    1-5p work
5-6:30 drive home, sometimes stopping at the store
    6:30 arrive home
    6:30-9:30 misc; make dinner/misc cleanup or errands/walk and/or run

Usually by 9:30 I'm sitting in bed, watching tv w/ hubby. Then going to sleep around 10:30.

Variance on Fr-Sun. Friday night I work a 2nd job. Saturday is family/errands/whatnot. SUnday I work a part time job...

    5:20 alarm
5:30 out the door for a walk
6:00 shower, dress, breakfast, pack lunches and go-bag
    6:50 head to work
4:00-4:30 home from work! unpack dirty lunches, prep breakfast and lunch, store in the fridge, fix dinner if hungry

Evenings are often play practice, dance classes, auditions, or errands/family stuff. I try to be home again by 7:00.

7:00 evening walk, depending on weather
8:30 dinner if not hungry before, wash if grubby
9:00 try really really hard to be in bed!

After reading all this I realize how fortunate I am.
5.30-7am Get up, gym for personal training or weights
7-8am Get kids ready for school, make lunches, housework
8-5.30pm Drop kids off, commute, work 7.5 hrs, midday pilates twice a week

Weekends - usually no gym, kids sports, house work, family time etc
Sometimes I go to bed before the kids! I need to fit in dog walking too.

    Get up,
    go to work,
    slay some dragons,
    go home,
    ride a bike or run,
    hip thrusts with the honey,
    sleep.

I would lose my mind with a 10pm bedtime for my 9yo kids. WOW. That's just really late.

My kids go to bed at 8pm (read until 8.30pm typically) and I'm in bed at 9.30pm max. I'm up between 5.30am and 6am (puppy wakes me up) and I NEED the sleep.

    Anyway

5.30am - let puppy out/feed puppy/let puppy out again, then coffee while browsing the web
7.30am - get kids ready for school, pack lunches
    8.45am - gym
    11am - home to shower
11.30am-3.30pm - me time. Includes laundry, groceries, a long walk typically
    3.30pm - pick up kids
4pm - 8pm - homework/dinner. I'll go for another walk after dinner if possible (so I don't go completely crazy). Sometimes we have kids activities.
8.30pm-9.30pm - one TV show with hubby then bed

Fitness-wise, I bike to work, walk at lunch (or take a yoga class once a week), and bike home. That's about 30-40 min of biking plus a half hour of walking, without too much extra time required of me. I drive to get the kids at daycare after I bike home.

Other than that, I've got a couple little kids. The husband drops off at daycare, I pick up. We limit outside activities to about 1 per person at a time. I do most of the cooking. Things are much easier now that the kids are 6 and almost 4; I assume that we'll get a little busier as they enter activities, then somewhat less busier someday when they can take themselves where they need to be.

I know, sounds strange but I have early risers and unless they're in bed by 10 they'll be up at 3am, well rested smh

I quit my job at the beginning of the year, so my schedule now is...

6:15 roll out of bed, get the kids up, dressed for school, fed... oldest practices piano
7:10 out the door to drive them to school
    8:00 workout/run
9:30 (Tuesday and Thursday) my youngest has swim lessons
    .
    .
Run errands, grocery shopping, cleaning, meal prep, baking, laundry, projects around the house, eating bon-bons on the couch
    .
    .
2:30 pick up kids from school
    3:30 (Wednesday) oldest has piano
4:15 (Friday) oldest has swim practice
    .
    .
Homework, showers, pack lunches for next day, make/eat dinner, clean up, more LAUNDRY...
    Play/relax/tv
    .
    7pm kids bedtime
    9pm husbands bedtime
    10-11pm my bedtime

Saturday's I do a long run in the morning while the husband does yard work. We usually have some type of social activity planned and once a month we do a date night curtesy of the YMCA parents night out.

Sunday we do church in the morning and not much else, especially during football season!

0430-0530- wake up, exercise, protein shake
0530-0615- getting ready for work & leave for work no later than 0615

0615-8pm - working (12+hours shift). During which I have coffee during the morning, lunch around 3pm, yogurt mixed with honey, peanuts butter & Graham cracker at 7pm

8-10pm. Eat snack if I didn't get to eat it at 7pm, shower, study, sleep.

On days I don't work, schedule is the same, except or those 12 hours I'm studying/homework for school, cleaning, or napping, or running errands.
