I am 5'3" with a starting weight of 127, current weight of 119, and goal weight of 110. I initially started out with a calorie goal of 1350, which was working for a while, then I dropped it to 1250 because I have been on like a 2 month plateau.
I am definitely struggling with it. I often feel hungry and am so so tired all the time. Plus it's so hard to hit my protein goal on so few calories! Looking for some MOTIVATION from my fellow shorties, because I am fading fast ...1 -
