Do you still log what food you eat on party, buffets, restaurant etc.?

I do. Usually it involves mentally deconstructing the dish and listing it by the major ingredients. Often I'll add a tablespoon of olive oil or butter to the listing for my meal to compensate for higher fat in restaurant food. Or, in the case of a Chinese buffet, I add oil and a couple tablespoons of sugar.0

Well I have the best intentions to log everything everyday, but sometimes it doesn't always work out that way. Went on vacation logged the first day, the second and by the third day after breakfast I just said f it. Somethings are hard to find the calories for and when you are sitting in a place that has no internet it's hard to remember to log it later when your focus is on other things. I have a big lunch celebration coming up next week where I will be eating lots of food and I'll "try" to log. If it doesn't happen, it's not a big deal.1
