Well I'm starting myfitnesspal today with the hope I can make some positive life changes. I am pretty far over my natural weight, according to the CDC calculations I have a BMI of 38 and my ideal weight range is 129-170. So I clearly have a ways to go. I also suffer from high blood pressure, and I've been off my medications for a couple of months due to finances, but I think I should be able to get in with a doctor this week and get back on blood pressure medication, which should help me start feeling better. Until then I'm sure working out and sticking to my requirements here should be tons of fun.
