I am trying to get going on Keto but I dont know where to start! I finalyy got my macros set correctly but i need ideas of meal plans. What plans did you follow to put yourself into ketosis? Did you change it up after you achieved ketosis? TIA!

Look for one of the groups.....here's a low carb one (I know it's not the same) - it's very active

At first it's hard to get your fat in. We were always struggling with getting enough fat, so we started making fat bombs. It isn't the best way to go about it, but it does help a lot as your learning. We rarely need to use them now, but we do have a batch of our favorite in the fridge. Basically cream cheese, thick cream, vanilla and swerve. If we find we need a bit extra towards the end of the day, we'll have a spoonful like a mini desert.

As far as meals, on keto you want real cuts of meat. Don't buy chicken breast, buy whole chicken, or bone in with skin. Ground beef, pork, all with fat. Ditch the milk for whole cream. No light anything...

And be very aware of hidden carbs. Things like sausage you think are meat, but have a ton of fillers. carbs creep up on you, and if you aren't in ketosis, it's really going to backfire on you because you're eating a lot of fat. Finally, a lot of new people seem to think Keto means eat as much as you want. It doesn't. You still have to eat within your calories, and its easy to go over if you're snacking on things like nuts. They're great, but very calorie dense and they do have carbs
