Am I doing this right?

I'm posting here to get other opinions because I'm not an expert and could use some advice! So some back story... I was on a medication that caused me to gain some weight earlier this year and I was looking to lose that weight (around five pounds). I was very upset about the gain and I took drastic measures by cutting down my calories to 1200. I have struggled with restrictive eating in the past so you could say I'm extremely disappointed in myself. So flash forward to now... I've been increasing my calories after I had a realization that what I was doing was taking so many steps back and I'm currently at 1400 cals a day.. I've been increasing by 50 cals a week and I'm extremely active exercising five days a week (3 boxing, 2 weights not to burn calories but because I like it). I've noticed the scale going back up and this is so hard for me to see. I know I've done so much damage to my metabolism but it still hurts. So here's my question.. do I keep on doing what I'm doing? My goal is to get where my maintence calories should be (1700) or even above that and then try to get to my goal in a healither way. I really want everything (digestion/hormones) to get back on track, but I don't know if there's a better way of doing it? I'm by no means overweight and in dire need of losing weight, but I'm human and want to look a certain way. Thanks in advance for any advice.

theres no way u can eat at 1400 with 5 day exercises n gain unless ur medical condition is still there or u might not be logging properly

    1. need ur height n weight info
    2. do u have a good scale n do weight everything
    3. do u need back all the caloried u burned
    4. do u wear a fitness tracker
