If you ate everything and anything you wanted to eat today with no restrictions, how many calories would you rack up?

Breakfast: 1122 cal (Pancake breakfast at ihop)
Lunch: 1280 cal (Ramen, grilled cheese, and fries)
Dinner: 1560 cal (Pizza and a mcflurry)
Snacks: 1552 cal (Ruffles, cream cheese, oreos, and milk)

TOTAL: 5514 calories

The saddest thing is, I think I have eaten this much in one day before.

Key lime cheesecake 870 calories for A SLICE lol
    Chipotle Burrito 900 calories
    5 Guys Cheeseburger 840 calories
    5 guys fries 620 calories
Chips & homemade clam dip 500 calories
Taco Pizza half of a large! 900 calories

Then a bunch of fountain Coke, beer and margaritas to the tune of another 1200 calories

    5830 calories +

I'd probably be pretty sick if I tried to eat that much in a day though. I do eat all of these things in moderation.

I'm in maintenance and can actually eat pretty much anything I want-today I had 'fried' rice for lunch, a green smoothie for afternoon snack and then a large salad for supper with black olives and locally made habanaro cheddar afterwards. The only thing that would make it better would be a piece of cheese cake, but I just had a massive slice on Saturday so I'm good for now :) My tastes have definitely changed over the course of losing weight and transitioning into maintenance!

I'd be on a liquid diet: Tanqueray and tonic with a lime all day long. I could EASILY hit my 1340 calorie allotment. ;-) Oh well...almost the weekend!

Ooo. Poutine. I was in Ottawa quite a few years ago and it was DIVINE (and, um, hello, maybe like 1500 calories at a minimum.) Had some locally (Michigan) this year and just a big disappointment. Is it wrong to want to travel just to eat yummy foods???

    Hmm...probably

chips and salsa and/or bean dip for breakfast
lunch at an Indian buffet and
    potato gnocchi for dinner

the Indian buffet would be the only meal that would be over calories.

Right now I would eat it, in small doses and usually discover I am happier with something else.

    Sorry, boring.

I am so craving Grilled Cheese but I want like 3 of them. Not just one so...

    6 Slices of 12 Grain Bread - 600
    3 Tablespoons butter 300
    Sharp Cheddar 684
    HEB Ketchup 100
Bill Millers French Fries - 900

    = 2584

If I did that, I would be in so much pain and be so sick. Not from the grilled cheese, but the fries would kill me. It's giving me a headache just thinking about it. But I still want a grilled cheese with ketchup on it. Damn it!

I'd get two packs of snicker doodles and just have those all day, with a pint of pistachio concrete from Ted Drews. don't know the calorie amount since I don't allow them in the house.

I think you might find you'd have to try to get so much food down. Hasn't anyone lost the plot and had a cheat day? I haven't eaten more than 5000 calories in one day since I started tracking, and that was pretty hard.

Breakfast: 2 chocolate custard filled donuts (620)
Lunch: PB&J sandwich (350), large BK sweet potato fries (450)
Snacks: king size Reese's cups (400), 10 peanut butter Oreos (700) + tall glass milk (250)
Dinner: Olive Garden chicken Alfredo (1440)
Dessert: Cheesecake Factory Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake Cheesecake (1610)

Now, whether I could actually eat all of that in one day without becoming physically ill is highly questionable. But I love all of those things.

I already eat whatever I want every day though? Yesterday I had two big slices of three cheese lasagna, garlic toast, cake and ice cream, and turkey with sweet potatoes.

I don't know. I must be playing this game wrong.

I think I'd need to go to France for mine! Maybe Spain for dinner!

Breakfast : little pain au chocolat, pain au raisin, croissants etc with coffee, maybe some fruit too.

Lunch : salade niçoise with pan fried tuna steak, and some nice French bread

Dinner: paella with chicken and seafood, and wine, preferably cava or prosecco

    Dessert crêpes with Nutella

I'm already having grilled New York steak and potatoes, and a fresh duck egg, but I'd add a 2-lb. lobster if I could. With drawn butter. And chocolate covered freeze-dried strawberries, though I have those every day anyway.
