    I ate anything I wanted on my birthday in April. Even logged it all. The grand total came in just shy of 5000 calories, which kinda bummed me out a little. :laugh:

    Breakfast:
    60 oz black coffee
    4 slices thick-cut bacon
    2 servings overnight blueberry French toast
    = 1231 calories

    Lunch:
    2 servings overnight blueberry French toast
    ½ can Sriracha peas
    4 pieces milk candy
    = 1451 calories

    Midday Snack:
    2 white chocolate key lime cookies with toasted coconut shavings
    = 543 calories

    Dinner:
    Sushi
    2 slices German chocolate cake
    1 cup vanilla ice cream
    = 1681 calories

    TOTAL:
    4906 calories
    604 grams Carbs
    219 grams Fats
    133 grams Protein (I distinctly remember letting out a whoop of victory that I had met my protein goal. LOL)

    It's hot and my stomach shrank. The only additions I would make right now would be a couple items I have trouble rounding up in this neck of the woods and/or are near-prohibitively expensive.

    For a grand total of like, a billionty calories and no less than 3 hours tomorrow on the toilet.

    I think the worst binge I ever had included a family size box of lucky charms and 4 grilled cheese sandwiches... End of the day was like 8,000 calories. It's amazing I never broke 200 lbs. It was delicious though!

    I'd be on a liquid diet: Tanqueray and tonic with a lime all day long. I could EASILY hit my 1340 calorie allotment. ;-) Oh well...almost the weekend!

    you'd be sleeping by noon with no food haha

    I could go for Wendy's new pretzel burger with fries. It's a good thing I'm broke til tomorrow. Lol! Seeing that commercial over and over is just cruel.

    This. Went on a cruise once and got like 4 chocolate desserts one night. The maitre'd was taking care of me because I jokingly complained about no chocolate the night before....and here I am trying to lose weight. *sigh*

    but for real, I wan some good hot wings, a big ole burger, a giant order of fries. it would all be delicious.
    although I am saving up calories this week to go to this great place here in the NC mountains that serves delicious fried chicken and classic southern dishes aka things dripping in butter. And it will be awesome.

    I think you might find you'd have to try to get so much food down. Hasn't anyone lost the plot and had a cheat day? I haven't eaten more than 5000 calories in one day since I started tracking, and that was pretty hard.

    I seem to be having a cheat day every Sat night :laugh:

    Over here in good ole England we like to socialise with wine..... Its a fact I have to accept 750cals for one bottle eeeek!

    Fried Chicken salad with lots of cheese and lots of chicken and lots of blue cheese: 1500+


    18 Boneless buffalo wild wings with fries and mozzerella sticks 2000+


    unlimited sweet tea, cranberry vodkas tack on 1200 calories

    5800+ calories (btw i HAVE NEVER TRIED TO ATTEMPT THIS AND MAKES ME SICK THINKING ABOUT ALL THAT FOOD IN ONE DAY)

    Not sure of the calories involved, but probably a couple of day's worth...

    Breakfast
    Egg casserole (made with whole milk, heavy cream, 27 eggs, 1 lb bacon, 1 lb cheese) - at least two slices
    Fresh squeezed orange juice mimosas

    Lunch
    5 guys bacon cheeseburger with pretty much everything, large fries, and a strawberry milkshake

    Dinner
    Gino's East Chicago Style Deep Dish Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza, two or three Dogfish head 60 minute IPAs

    Dessert
    Tiramisu and Irish coffee

    In the past I could probably do this no problem. Now, I think I would stall out 1/2 way through lunch :smile:

    Hmm. I'd have to calculate the calories, but...

    Breakfast: Homemade biscuits with sausage gravy, huge glass of orange juice. Side of bacon.

    Lunch: Chicken finger basket with French fries, barbecue sauce and ranch dressing. Regular Coca Cola. Warm chocolate chip cookie with a glass of milk.

    Dinner: Medium rare cheeseburger with sautéed onions and mushrooms, Crash Hot Potatoes, three ice cold Blue Moons.

    Snack: Bag of Grippo's barbecue potato chips


    I think I could do better than this, but that's today's craving.

    I don't know what I want food wise, but I could easily drink a box (yes, a klassy BOX) of wine. It's just one of those days. Kids make mommies drink.

    Bkfst = Waffle House - Waffle, hash browns, 2 eggs OE, 2 sausage patties, toast. - calories = Million SIX

    Lunch = Chinese buffet = Calories Million SEVEN

    Dinner = Steak, loaded Baked Potato, hot rolls with honey butter = calories - wouldn't matter by this point

    Dessert = Freddy's Hawaiian concrete (frozen custard, banana, coconut, strawberry, pineapple) - Calories? - Beaurp~!

    I eat what I want too, just in moderation. The point of this post is that if you just mindlessly ate whatever you wanted in any quantity, how different it would be from everyday eating.

    I have eaten this in a day.....I don't need to look at the calories to know I was way out of bounds!

    Starters, coffee @ home & lg. hazelnut latte from Starbucks

    Breakfast: waffle with fresh strawberries & pecans, 2 sausage patties & 1 scrambled egg with either coffee or coke from Corner Cafe

    Lunch: lg sesame chicken salad with extra dressing and extra bread & a chocolate croissant from Panera & coke

    Dinner: (Bowl) white rice, extra pork, corn, black beans, cheese, salsa, fajita veggies, with chips and salsa & coke from Chipolte

    If I'm at a Mexican restaurant I'm getting sopaipilla’s also if not definitely 3 c. of Blue Bell homemade vanilla with either 3/4c. Smuckers hot fudge or 3/4 c. Mrs. Richardson's Butterscotch Carmel with pecans at home

    I can't believe I ate the whole thing!

    OMG. SO crazy to see this, I didn't eat like this everyday, but there were some days that consisted of this...NEVER AGAIN. What a wake up call!

    Breakfast : Eggs benedict 1020 calories

    Lunch : Red Robin Royal cheesburger 1085, steak fries 434, Ranch 420, 2 Blue moons 342

    Dinner: Olive Garden chicken alfredo 1440, 3 Breadsticks 420, salad 150, 4 Glasses of pino grigio 488

    Evening snack: Dairy Queen reeses medium blizzard 760

    TOTAL: 6559 Calories.. :0
