    You cannot out train a bad diet. No matter how much you work out, nutrition is key. You need to be accurate in food logging. Also, how long has it been since you lost anything, if it's less than 3 weeks: don't worry. As long as you're in a calorie deficit, you are losing weight. You're probably just retaining water.

    At your weight it is nearly impossible to lose 6lbs in a week, probably just water retention and loss. So the Aug 18 weight is less water retention than normal.

    Staff keep bringing junk food to work and putting it in a room I need to go into multiple times per day. There it is just sitting there nagging me every time. Makes it much more challenging but I am determined. The tortoise does win the race in the end.

    08/10 189.4 I had a cheat day the day (State Fair!) before this weigh-in. My lowest before that was 188
    08/17 - 187.4
    08/24 - 186.4 - lowest for this week was 184.6!
    08/31 - 185.6 - I'm probably retaining some water because I haven't drank nearly as much water as I should. This week I'll get back on track!

    ok i cant remember how much i was when i started but im pretty sure it was 228. im currently 220 so im going veeeeery slow. 8lbs down 47 more to go...oh dear that sounds aweful lol. im going for 29lbs total which will put me back in the hundreds

    Woo hoo! Finally in the 170s!
    Actually, and more importantly, our drought seems to have ended this week. Bonus is I put my raincoat on, zipped it up and.... it zipped, easily! So 2 victories this week.
