Hi, I'm Rob, age 45, living near Brisbane in Australia.
Started off on the 27th June at 247 lbs. (Had a bit of a health scare which kicked me into action) Hoping to get down to 154 lbs (70kg).

Im in I have been focusing on losing weight since November 2016 and have lost 30 pounds so far, I still need to lose 60 to be at 150, I am in Pennsauken, New Jersey0

I am a little late to the party, but would love to join in. I had lost over 100 pounds as of last summer(took 4 years), but due to the loss of my job (after 12.5 years), I did a lot of stress eating and I have regained almost 30 pounds. It really hurts to admit that. I am currently at about 210 and my goal is 160.
I am 44, married with two dogs living in Wisconsin. I love running using the Galloway method and completed 15 half marathons in the last 3 years. I have not been able to run in the last 6 months due to a persistent Achilles injury, which is another reason for my weight gain (loss of that outlet for stress release). I am finally running again and I have two half marathons in October I am training for.
I have always done best in the past when I have an online support group. I am READY to get this weight back down!

I started my fitness journey 6/1 with a Whole30. I lost 18lbs and 8in. I'd like to lose a total of 100lbs but will be happy with 55lbs by Christmas.
