    Yep this. In terms of weight loss it doesn't matter what you're eating or drinking, just that you're hitting the correct calorie deficit for your weight loss goals.

    Cardio makes your booty small. i also recommend lots of cardio. run to mcdonalds and have your frappe and you may not have as much loose weight. ;)

    An entire pizza does not fit in my calorie allowance :(

    Maybe if I run to Pizza Hut to pick it up...
