Losing weight, but face is getting fatter. Please help!

Over the last few months, I've been losing weight, but my face has been getting fatter/more round.
My diet has not really changed, other than I am eating less overall. I am exercising 3-4 times a week, and I do consume healthy fat supplements, and constantly drink water. The weight is going, but my face is actually getting wider. This is not something that occurs as 'morning bloating', I permanently have a puffier face now, 24/7 since losing weight.
Why is this happening, and has anyone had any experience with this? Any tips, helps, explanations would help.

Talk to your doctor, the only things I can think of would be medical issues.
Unless it's just perception as your body gets smaller.1 -

What sort of medical issues could this be indicating?
I am not sure how it could be perception when the width is numerically measurable in pictures with my 'new' wider face pictures.0 -

Photos don't show measurements. Have you measured it?
