Over the last few months, I've been losing weight, but my face has been getting fatter/more round.

My diet has not really changed, other than I am eating less overall. I am exercising 3-4 times a week, and I do consume healthy fat supplements, and constantly drink water. The weight is going, but my face is actually getting wider. This is not something that occurs as 'morning bloating', I permanently have a puffier face now, 24/7 since losing weight.

Why is this happening, and has anyone had any experience with this? Any tips, helps, explanations would help.

Talk to your doctor, the only things I can think of would be medical issues.

Unless it's just perception as your body gets smaller.

What sort of medical issues could this be indicating?
I am not sure how it could be perception when the width is numerically measurable in pictures with my 'new' wider face pictures.

There are many. Allergies the most common. But your doctor would know more.

Photos don't show measurements. Have you measured it?
