    June is starting it change its tune....bc my weight is not really moving right now....mini plateau? hormones? hmmm....Patience.

    Original starting weight: 243.

    MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233

    Average from May 22nd to May 28th: 217.3
    Average from May 29th to June 4th: 217.3
    Average from June 5th to June 11th: 215.7
    Average from June 12th to June 18th: 215.5

    Just a tiny loss this week, but I will take it!

    Loss in June: 1.8 lbs.

    Total MFP cumulative loss: 17.5 lbs.

    Ultimate goal: 180.

    June starting weight: 171.6 lbs on 5/28
    June goal weight: 169.6 lbs
    Ultimate goal weight: 150 lbs (normal BMI)

    6/4: 172.8 lbs
    6/11: 171.4 lbs
    6/18: 170.0 lbs

    Total loss for June: - 1.6 lbs

    I was 169.6 two days ago. I think I'm going to see if I can't get down to 168.6 by the end of this week for a 3 lb loss in June.

    Loss so far: -3.7 lbs

    Only a small drop this week. But anything is better than nothing. I actually lost this in the middle of last week, and then ended up putting a bit back on and losing it again. So I'm back at the plateau level. But I also haven't eaten particularly great this week, as I've been snacking and eating more carby items in the evening, which I don't usually do. So need to get back on track there. Hopefully I can shift the rest of the weight and reach my goal of 176 by the end of the month.
