What part of the body do you work hardest on?

I work everything equally, as I'm pretty OCD about being proportionate, but I probably push harder on legs/glutes. I like the DOM's from hardcore leg days more than I like upper body soreness.
I like the legs/glutes soreness better than the arms/chest/back soreness, too.
But I'm new to strength training, and have no specific body part I prefer to work on. I'm still learning.
I have a love/hate relationship with HIIT cardio, though. So my heart gets plenty of work.2 -
I use the fitbod app and just workout what it tells me to work out and then run after1

While I would like to say brain, that is not true lately.
I am really into oral health, I take excellent care of my teeth. I have a thorough routine and my hygienist loves me. I go to the dentist/hygienist 3 times a year and have considered "cheating" on them to have my teeth professionally cleaned more often.
I am also very good with skin care.
My current mission is to reduce fat.0 -
